Authorities said at least 265 bodies had been evacuated, including 241 from the plane. There were 242 passengers and crew on board at the time of the crash, including 230 passengers, including 169 Indians, 53 Britons, seven Portuguese and one Canadian. There were also 12 pilots and crew, with the chief pilot having 8,200 flying hours.
